By accessing TechFactory.ca or purchasing products from Tech Factory, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Errors may occasionally occur. Tech Factory reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders where appropriate.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Tech Factory may cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock availability, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Product images are provided for reference. Packaging, appearance, specifications, or accessories may vary where manufacturers update their products.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Tech Factory is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, supply interruptions, labour disruptions, or other similar events.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Use of this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of an applicable transaction will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
